Virgin Mary

This is the very simple and easy to make mocktail which can be had any time of the day be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. This can also be made bloody by adding in any white spirit preferably vodka. This is also very simple mocktail to be served at parties as it can be premade and kept aside.


Tomato juice - 200ml
Lemon juice - 1tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 1tsp
Celery juice - 1tsp
Tobasco sauce - 1/2tsp
Salt - To taste
Pepper - 1/2tsp


1.     Take a celery steams and grind into a pulp, remove and press hard till juice is extracted, strain & keep aside.
2.     In a bowl add all above ingredients including celery extract, mix well.
3.     Taste it adjust as per palate & keep to chill.
4.     Take a whisky glass in one hand and in the other take a slice of lemon run it over the edge of the glass.
5.     In a plate put in some salt & flatten it, take the whisky glass & roll the lemon coated edge on salt.
6.     Pour in the chilled virgin mary.
7.     Decorate as desire.
