Ingredients:
Basmati
Rice - 1Cup
Water - 2 Cups
Onion slices - 1
Green Chillies - 2
Mint - 2 Tbsp
Coriander - 2 Tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Shahi jeera - 1 tsp
Green cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Cloves - 3
Bay-leaf - 1
Black pepper corn
- 5
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
Salt - to taste
Method:
1.
Wash and soak Rice for 30 minutes.
2.
Heat Ghee in a vessel put green
cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay-leaf, shahi-jeera and Pepper corns.
3.
When they crackle, add onion slices and green chillies cook till golden Brown.
4.
Add ginger-garlic paste, coriander and mint
leaves fry few second.
5.
Drain out the water from soaked rice &add
it to the masala.
Put water and bring
it to boil add the salt &
lemon juice mix, cover and cook on low heat
till rice is done.
