Mango Lassi

 
Ingredients:

For Mango Lassi:

Curd – 1cup
Mango puree – ¾ cup
Cardamom powder -1/2tsp
Saffron – few strands
Sugar – 2tbsps or to taste
Milk - 50ml

Top of the Lassi:

Mango puree – 1/4cup
Kalakand(Milk cake) or Malai – 2tbsps
Pistachios - 5
Cashew nuts - 2
Saffron - few strands
 
Servings for 2
 
Method:

1.     Take blender add all Lassi ingredients and blend it till all ingredients mix well.
2.     Now pour this lassi in the glasses and top of the lassi pour mango puree and next sprinkle the kalakand(milk cake), add chopped pistachios,cashew nuts & saffron.
