Vanilla cup cakes



Flour (Maida)  - 120 gms
Butter softened - 120 gms
Castor sugar -120 gms
Vanilla essence -1 Tsp
Milk - 2 Tbsp
Salt - Pinch
Eggs - 2 no

For Icing:

Butter softened - 100 gms
Icing sugar - 200 gms
Vanilla essence - 2 to 3 drops

1.     First Grease a cake moulds with butter. If you like place paper cups in the moulds, but no need to apply butter in the moulds with paper cup's. Preheat oven at 180° C.
2.     Beat castor sugar, salt & eggs with an electric beater till double in volume.
3.     Add flour, milk, vanilla essence and butter to eggs mixture and gently beat well, pour this mixture in to cup cake moulds. Bake at 180° C for 20-25 minutes.

For Icing:

Prepare the icing by beating the butter till smooth and creamy, add icing sugar & vanilla essence to the beaten butter mix till it reaches the peak stage stop beating put it in a piping bag with small star nozzle decorate on cup cakes.  Decorate as desire.
