Buttermilk Drunk Fried Chicken

This is my idea of a comfort food, easy to make and just too yummy. This dish can also provide as the chicken base for many other dishes like my next recipe The Fried Chicken Wrap or can be put in a salad or made into a burger to suit your liking, but personally I prefer it as it is or like a wrap or a mid-night snack.
